How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

As between Yesss HE Will Carpet Cleaning Solutions and our customers, customers retain their title to all IP Rights that are owned by them or their suppliers. To the extent reasonably required or desirable for the provision of the Services, customers grant to Yesss HE Will Carpet Cleaning Solutions a limited, personal, non-exclusive, royalty-free, license to use their IP Rights in the same. Yesss HE Will Carpet Cleaning Solutions will not do anything with your data related to the use, reproduction, transmission, or receipt of any Customer Content that includes personal or Confidential Information or incorporates any third-party IP rights.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

We will not transmit any material that contains viruses, time or logic bombs, Trojan horses, worms, malware, spyware, or any other programs that may be harmful or dangerous.

We will not act in an indecent, offensive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, malicious, disruptive, tortious, or other objectionable manner, including making calls or sending messages that contain phishing or spam content.

We will not harvest or collect information about customers, or send bulk communications without consent.
